Tracey Jane Davison

Tracey is a leading expert in children’s fitness with more than 15 years in the fitness industry. She is the founder of Kidz R Fit (www.kidzrfit.co.uk) a business dedicated to building confidence and respect through fitness, giving every child the chance to shine.

Tracey started working for a Rosemary Conley Franchise but was very soon given the opportunity to run the franchise for herself. Tracey built up a very successful business being awarded as one of the Top 10 franchisees for three years consecutively.

During this time she realised how many people had not exercised since their school years. The main reasons for this were because they had disliked PE because it was no fun and/or they had been made to feel inadequate at some point which lowered their confidence and self esteem. The consequences of this manifested into a society of unfit and overweight adults.

This is when she decided to take a new career route and Kidz R Fit was born.

Tracey runs confidence building fitness programmes, along with her fantastic team of staff, for children from 2-16 years. Now widely known her company delivers throughout the North East of England and further afield when requested.

Tracey still enjoys teaching adult classes and can now add presenting for imovesdance.com to the list of her many talents.
