Disco peaked in the 1970′s and is a mixture of funk, Latin and soul. It’s a crazy fun style with simple foot patterns and freestyle feel that’s easy to teach.

Jazz evolved on Broadway to become Modern Jazz dance. Jazz can be easily stylised to give it a funky flavour or a Broadway feel.

Pop

Pop

Combines Funk, Jazz, Street and fun! Anything goes really; we mix strutting, posing, fun partner work and add a sprinkling of cheese.

StreetJazz

StreetJazz

Combines Streetdance with Jazz for a funky urban feel without the locking & popping. It’s a softer approach to street and breaking but still has heaps of attitude!

CheerDance

CheerDance

We’ve combined simple Cheerleading arm lines and dance foot patterns. Cheerdance is a great way to introduce cheerleading to your students without the worry of stunts or unsafe lifts.

Jive

Jive

Originating in America in the 1940’s it’s a variation of the Jitterbug and Swing. It’s very energetic and includes simple fun partnered choreography.

Latin

Latin

Originating in South America and Cuba we use a mixture of simple fun steps and partnered choreography with a Latino flavour.

Creative Combat

Creative Combat

We’ve combined basic non-contact punches, kicks and transitions to create fun combat choreography to music. Boys and girls love this style and offers something different to a conventional dance session.

SportsJam

SportsJame

Combines simple ball skills with music. We use footballs or floor spots, partners and group work. It’s great for encouraging boys to work with music without them feeling like it’s a dance session.

Funky Yoga is a mixture of Yoga and funky or contemporary dance transitions from one pose to the next. It’s a great way to introduce yoga to young people and helps to improve strength, balance and other motor skills
